At Gabriel Vancouver, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refund requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

2. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • All returns must be sent with a valid tracking number. Refunds cannot be processed without tracking proof.

  • We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely.

3. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Final sale or clearance items cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Gift cards and promotional items are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return it under the refund conditions above and place a new order.
