5. Order Acceptance

An order confirmation email will be sent once your purchase has been accepted. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or stock unavailability.

6. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of being placed. After this period, all sales are considered final and will be processed for shipping.

7. Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping within Canada only. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 6–11 business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

8. Delivery Confirmation

A shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order is dispatched. Responsibility for the package transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery.

9. Returns and Refunds

Customers may return items within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unused, unworn, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is inspected and approved.

10. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Customers wishing to exchange an item must return it for a refund and place a new order.
